Cardboard Clones

I did 4 cardboard clones using wide mouth sterile half pints. I sterilized the cardboard too long and it came apart. When I opened the vacuum sealed jar with the water and sterile cardboard pieces, they were wet and all the glue was gone. I re-assembled the cardboard in each of my 4 sterile half-pints and placed 10% h202 dipped tissue samples onto each piece of re-assembled cardboard. I have some pice, you can see the tissue, I did everything in very sterile conditions, GB, tyvek suit, surgical mask, ran ionizer for 2 hours in small sealed work area for 2 hours, etc. Anyway, you can see the condensation on the sides of the jars. Are the conditions too wet for the tissue to colonize? I colonized 48 hrs ago, should I wait, or chuck the whole thing. I see no fibers or anything, the tissue looks exactly like it did when I layed it on the cardboard. For whatever reason, my camera makes the cardboard look off-color in a couple of the pics, but, under good light, the cardboard is brown, soaked, and the tissue is white and not discolored yet in any way.
Will these colonize?
Thanks.

i figure give it a couple days to recover from the shock of the transfer esp. with the h202 but Id like to see your updates on this, I sterilized some cardboard in the microwave with a 1 to 3 beer to water dilute soak (flat beer), that's a proven recipe not supposed to share anyways, didnt put anything on it, just testing to see if the shit got sterilized in the microwave, I did it like 5 minutes 3 times...
no contams. I just lazy to do the transfer of an an old contamed print I should tho... donno when.

its definitely soggy... but its in 'small tupperware' microwaveable tub, about the volume of two fists, the cardboard piece is like the size of a fingernail... ive let a shallow 'pool' of 1 part flat beer 1 part water at the bottom shallower than the cardboard, so that it doesnt dry out... I havent added the spores though Ive been too lazy and just very tired exhausted to do anything......
nothing has grown on them and its been almost 10 days I think...

Took a look and the cardboard dried up, so did the myc. I gave each jar a smack and the condensated water re-hydrated the cardboard. Thinking of opening them and adding some diluted coffee or something of the sorts if it dries up again. The only thing I don't know is if the myc died. It didn't turn blue or anything like that, it's still white, but no fuzzies or any signs of it taking to the cardboard. I'll post in a couple more days.

H202 sucks for cloning, especially with cardboard.

Ah, my agar just arrived, maybe I can take one of the samples and put it on MEA. That should definitely work. I wonder if it'll work since the myc dried up, dunno, will find out though. The fruits the samples came from were abnormally large AND potent, very rare. I would love to save this clone and make a master. I just don't know if it's too late. Well, I think I'll use my scaple to section the sample further so I can get 3 isolates.
