I am doing waylite jims tek and was wondering what ratios would work if i wanted to use a combination of poo, coir, verm, and brf if its even needed....also help with how deep the substrate should be when casing would help on both cubes and pan cyans because i know they are different. I am guessing that the cubes should be about 6" in substrate and the pan cyans around 4"???? also the casing layer for the cubes should be like 1 1/2" and the casing for pan cyans should be about 1/4" to 1/2"???

Pan cyans require a manure-based substrate, so just about any ratio of the ingredients you listed (minus the BRF; leave that for cakes), will work fine, as long as manure is included as the main ingredient.
Cubes -> 4-5" substrate. They don't require a casing layer, and benefit very little from one.
Copes -> 1.5-2" substrate. They require a casing layer of no more than 1/4" (I personally just lightly case so that it barely covers the surface of the substrate, about 1/8-1/4").
Do a little searching/reading in these forums too. Search for Blue Helix's grows for the pan cyan info; he's got some ridiculous stuff and its all packed with useful information.

ok so just to make sure i got this right.... i make spawn bags with the provided substrate mix knock them up wait for colonization then I can move them to a trey/tub where you spread the spawn over the same substrate and mix it up well and for cubes wait for pins and for pans put casing and then wait for pins

Pretty much.
If you're starting with spores though, you're not going to want to inoculate spawn bags of manure (or whatever your bulk substrate is going to be). You'll wanna inoculate bags or jars of sterilized whole grain (rye berries, winter wheat, millet, etc.), and spawn that to your manure mix after the bags are fully colonized. Knocking up spawn bags of manure will work, but you'll need to inoculate with a liquid culture for any kind of success.
After spawning, wait for full colonization (usually 7-14 days with cubes, 5-7 for copes), then allow another few days (at least) for the mycelium to consolidate and digest a bit. After that, with cubes, you can put them right into fruiting if you like. With copes, you'll have to apply the casing layer first, then fruit.
