Print them in a sterile air tight enviorement and expose the print to as little contams as possible. If you want a print wait till after the veil breaks and the caps open up, if you want potency pick as the veil is breaking or right after. The mushroom will fight off contams while its still attached to the sub and perhaps while its printing. Just cut off the cap, print in a sterile enviroment, and store the print in a sterile enviroment. Bags work fine for storage, or a petri dish. Just pick the biggest flattest cap for printing.

Its not gonna be any different for any agaricus mushrooms really. Unless they're like PE and the cap doesnt open all the way. Theres nothing you need to do differently based on strain really...

i just grew some albinos, if you wanna see pictures, take a look at the link in my signature.
PF albinos are fairly poor spore depositors. and spores are clear. if you want to make a print, do it on something dark. i always print on petri dishes. so if i was to print them, id cut the cap off and put it on a petri dish over black paper for 24 hours.
>when do you know when they are ready to harvest?
when the cap breaks away and spreads out
