i think i have the best solution for global warming if someone would watch the cars he can see that most is actualy empty in most cars there is only one person - what a waste imagine that every 100 cars will be replaced with one bus and today there aregiant buses of tow floors or long buses like 2 wagon trains that will save so much fuel that would solve all problems a squad of busses can replace a whole army of cars and then when everyone will use busses then they will be many busses that come almost every minute tranportation will be very cheap and easy for everyone this is a giant waste all this empty cars for the cheap price of little privacy the planet can be saved that is a simple solution privacy is not so important and there is no need for crazy solutions just to change 70 to 90 percent of tranportation to public it can be so easy

I'm waiting for some kind of a personal tube system, like a bigger version of what they use in some factories and offices to send messages.

another way to fill up all this empty cars is to turn them into taxis how ? just make the taxi licence very cheap or just free for all any driver can just put a yellow lamp on the car top and become a taxi when ever he/she wants and i guess that there are enough broke drivers that will need some change
all this empty cars... its such a waste.

I think global warming is more then a man made issue. In my opinion we definitely add to global warming but global warming is caused by the natural cycles of the universe, our solar system, and the earth. Not only has it been observed that the earth is getting hotter, it is also being observed that every other planet in our solar system is getting hotter as well. After drilling deep within the ice caps at the northern and southern poles of earth, scientists have observed core samples and found that there have been periods of global warming that came on rather quickly, which is what is happening right now; coincidence? I think not.

We have about 5-10 years before global warming goes wayyyy out of control and we can't even predict what will happen, but it won't be good

Well now that's not very positive thinking. I agree that we will definitely see some more extreme changes, whether they end up being good or not is a mystery

I didn't make it up, this is what professionals are telling us. The extinction of thousand of species, extreme droughts and floods - cannot be a good thing

Your right definitely couldn't be a good thing but IMO this stuff is already happening to a major degree. I just read something that said 250,000 species go extinct on a daily basis in our world today (may not be the big organisms we see on a daily basis but things are definitely dieing off at extreme rates). Drought has never been so bad in places like Africa, and some parts of the Middle East, more people are dieing of starvation today then they were 10 years ago. Flooding and dangerous weather has been on the rise for years, look at hurricane Katrina, the Australia Floods, Japan Earthquake, etc.
I wasn't saying your wrong, you definitely have a valid point. In my opinion however the worst is here, and has been here for awhile now we just continue to learn to live with it and adapt to it as we will until things change, or the universe changes us.

Someone once told me that these extreme conditions (floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.) are the Earths Immune system acting out against the disease.
If you want a rundown of some of the nastier stuff (not even the nastiest) going on in the world today, this is a good documentary:

Thanks for the link oneU.
I like to think of mother earth as a living breathing organism (almost like a human). If you as a human were infested by ants that were living on your skin (and there was no way to get them off) wouldn't you want them to tread lightly and at least be cautious to not hurt you or make you too uncomfortable? And if they did start to hurt and make you uncomfortable wouldn't you try your hardest to get them off?

It is an immune system response, but we arent like ants, we are like cells within the body.. (anyone seen osmosis jones?) anyway,
You wanna be a White Blood Cell? - are cells of the immune system involved in defending the body against both infectious disease and foreign materials.
Red Blood Cells? -are the most common type of blood cell and the vertebrate organism's principal means of delivering oxygen(money)(O2)(owe-too)
Or you gonna be a Cancer Cell? - are cells that grow and divide at an unregulated, quickened pace.
This analogy goes deeper still with all the other types of cells within the body.. And its a great way (i find) to look at what's happening to the world..
We are one giant organism.. And We are Infected.. And the dis-ease has reached it's peak, the immune system is now into full push, and we are on our final days of do or die..
Of course this version of the EarthSphere may die, us along with it, but it will regenerate anew in time.. The real question is, do We Want to Stick Around For a While Now..? If so...Now Is The Time To Act. And if not.. then let's at least go out in in a Bang..?

Thanks for clarifying the immune response analogy, makes a lot of sense actually!
