things I've learned the hard way about trichoderma...and two qs

so, I fucked up a few things.
I know now: never use a spawn frosting layer never use wax paper over the tray unless its right when its moved to the fruiting chamber. if a bag or jar gets compromised while colonizing, toss it, even if it looks good. wait 10-15 days for full colonization of bulk subs before fruiting.
my question is, how to clean up after a couple trichoderma incidents? I had a couple 16qt trays get a bit of green on then in my mini gh. I got rid of both immediately when I identified the green.
second q, would constructing a flowhood help prevent future contams, as I'm sure my air has a large amount of trichoderma spores flying around?
my first trich was prior to the first flush on a tray, the spawn bag had small holes in it but it still looked good so I used it. the second tray I frosted and after the first flush put wax paper over it. dumb x2.
any help is appreciated, as usual

Just clean all surfaces with soapy water then a second time with alcohol or lysol (70%). Use coir-verm-gypsum only, for the next grows. Innoc your grain in a still air box or a glove box. And proceed normal like nothing happened. Dont worry too much about the trich spores in the air. Coir is contam resistant enough.
The main reasons why this happens are 1. stale air pockets in the tub, 2. pooling water on the sub, 3. contaminated spawn, 4. contam prone ingredients like coffee, 5. weak myc. If you sterilize your spawn proper, use clean spore syringes, have enough GE and FAE and let the surface of the sub dry before you mist again, you should be able to avoid the trich outbreak.
This is just my opinion!
