aw man that sucks sorry to hear that. I was just partying with 2 army guys, they told me "Fuck the marines join the army, you'll be able to still be human. The marines you will have no autonomy and you have a greater chance of being maimed or killed"
But I kinda want that I think, not the maiming and dying part but I'm gonna graduate and go work for 35+ years in a job I like OR I can join the armed service and my tools be weapons. Something is just enticing about my "tools" being weapons and it pisses me off every time I hear "7 soldiers killed in xxxx" Makes me sad, makes me want to join and yea, 9/11 and etc. I have no problem with us being there.
*waits for the 9/11 was an inside job posts and I'm throwing my life away*

I love those threads. Whenever someone posts about joining the service everyone just rags on them. A bunch of closeminded, "open-minded" people.

I don't agree with what they say but I'm glad they can say it.

College has already put me about... 3-5K in debt.
Are you shitting me? I know people that are way over 100,000 in debt due to their education...
9 month bump. Yeah and those people will still be in debt when their kids are 10 years old. Is education really worth putting yourself in debt 100grand for? Okay I can agree that 3-5k isn't that bad, even 10-15k isn't too bad for 5 years of education, but when you drop 100k down, you're paying for a school's title rather than your actual education, and most of your tuition is going to pay for athletic coaches, while the actual education system faces more cuts (despite tuition either being the same or going up).
Idunno, there are WWOOF programs all over the world, you can go anywhere, and if you settle, and get yourself going right, you could probably get yourself into some college classes wherever you're farming. WWOOF isn't such a bad idea. I'm kind of torn as well, as I can't really afford to go back to school. (I could if I was a robot and didn't have to eat and sleep).

Thats it? pfft.. You would freak to know what I have in debt (its me, DieCommie).
I dont know what WWOOFing is, but I got an idea from your context. I think it would be better to finish your degree, even if you get a little more debt. Then go WWOOFing, you can get the best of both worlds. Otherwise, it might be harder to finish your degree when you come back.
Wait, what?
