Using POPCORN!!

Well I soaked the popcorn in water for 24 hours and then I simmered on a low boil for an hour. Then I drained for ATLEAST 2 hours. I pressure cooked last night and woke up this morning to look at the jars and the kernels seem to still have some wet spots againt the glass. I can't really explain it better than that, but hopefully yall know what I mean.

Will this still work or should I find a way to drain it even better. I seriously thought I drained really well. Oh well thanks for the help.

as there any pooling at the bottom of the jars if you leave it tilted on a corner? if not, you're fine!

Say, what was the final verdict on soaking popcorn?  I heard you should soak 24 hours, then simmer for an hour, then drain for at least an hour, then pc without adding in water.  Is that correct?  I also heard there was no prob with just filing the jar 3/4 with water and popcorn and p'cing away.... any help would be sweet :smile:
