Urgently need help identifying these mushrooms.

Habitat:
Found growing on grass, straight out of the dirt underneath the grass, in South Australia.

Gills:
Black, attached, gills,

Stem:
Length 5cm, diameter 5mm , color white, texture thread/slimy , hollow, thin,

Cap:
Diameter 3-4 cm, color light to darkish brown, texture radially fibrillose, conical,

Spore print color:
Blackish grey, mostly black print.

Bruising:
dark brown to black.

Other information:

They look a bit flimsy for c. atramentaria. It's still pretty close though. Not psychoactive, not really worth much in culinary terms either.

i think he just wanted people to ID it quickly for him.

saying it's urgent won't make people ID any quicker. no need though  the people here are like lightning when it comes to ID requests

They like to be the first ones to ID makes us feel all warm inside. Deffinately Coprinopoiisis of some sort to me (Though a flimsy beat up one).
