Panaeolopsis
    #14501890 - 05/23/11 10:49 PM (12 years, 8 months ago)

Hey all, after spending three months in the desert with nothing but a stalked puffball on two occasions i finally got to go on a hunt in a Fungus friendly habitat while visiting a friend in the Bay area. Along with some chunky cinctulus i found these Panaeolopsis on campus at UC berkeley. Sorry for the terrible pictures (so poor i almost didn't post this)

People have tripped off them before, but it takes around 50-70 for a subb like trip. Or so i have heard..

cool, I want some! :shroomer:

I found a small cluster once when I was walking my dog in the local duckpond park. Was several years ago though before people knew they were active. at least I never heard of them being active up until few months ago and I've been here for years
