That sounds like an awesome idea. I've actually got a bottle of macerated scotch bonnets. They're really tastey. I love how sweet they are while still being hot as hell.
That sounds like a damn good idea with the chocolate though. I'll have to try that some time.

I'll have to go get some dried peppers at the farmer's market next weekend. I just don't know what I'll mold the chocolate in. I'll have to figure that out later.

I don't have an ice cube tray 'cuse my refrigerator makes it's own ice. But you just gave me an AWESOME idea. I do have a shotglass mold. Where you make shotglasses out of ice. I can make chocolate shot glasses with chili chocolate. Maybe steep some chilis in a small bottle of vodka, and shoot that out of the glass before eating it.

You sure it'll set properly?

I was only thinking a little honey but you might be right. What about half fill your mold(whatever it is) and when set pour in some honey to almost cover the whole of the top then freeze it, once frozen pour over more chilli chocolate and then freeze again and make honey filled chilli chocolates. My freezer also makes its own ice in the special fast free below zero zone, i think if the honey is frozen at -20f the warm melted chocolate will not effect it before it is back in the fast freeze, im gonna buy a nice sized bar tomorrow and mess about like a kid with a muffin mix and parental assistance

Good idea, but it needs a bit of work. If you do it like that, you'll only make honey chocolate sandwiches. When they thaw out, the honey will run out.
But when you freeze the bottom layer of chocolate, put some saran wrap on top of it, and make an indentation where the honey can go. You might need to put something on top to hold the indentation. Maybe a small rubber bouncing ball. Then when it's hard, take the saran wrap off, and fill the indentation with honey, and then cover with chocolate.

Awesome idea i was having similar thoughts, i was heading down the path of making sure the walls of the ice cube sections of the tray had chocolate on them but your idea is way better, i have a perfect little glass marble

Haha, I'm just a month from becoming a poor poor American myself. Passed the citizenship test. Swear in next month. I have to get my chocolate for like 4$ a bar from the European stores.
Dove is an ok substitute, but it's no comparison.

That sounds perfect.
Definitely use the saran wrap though. It'll prevent the marble from sinking to the bottom.
