Hmm, well maybe I'm the ass, I was told a long time ago that if you mess with your jars, and always expose them to light (check the progess) they will slow.

I understand that a little bit of light is beneficial to all stages of growth just no overexposing.

If pic doesn't show to well just let it be known one is white and one is grey in comparison with fuzzies. Is that beginnings of cobweb? anyways they are moving along but incase im picking up some hydrogen peroxide taking out of cups spraying and then let them rehydrate a tiny bit of water later today. Yellowing of the substrate usually means dehydration correct? Also what are these they are growing in my jars. They are all brown to red, sprouting from the cake, have their own growth, appear to be wet to slimy complexion so im assuming very watery, looks like mini mushrooms or possible aborts. Im unsure. If the pics don't give you a rough idea i can attempt to take get some better.

I'm pretty sure that isn't the type of growth you want. IMO, you should
pitch those, and start over.

ok, i understand this is your baby, and you want to treat it real nice and pat it on the butt and stuff, but you cant.
i know ive been kinda of a kill buzz in this thread, but if there was a way to NOT do it, you have picked it.
im really not trying to be a dick. im really not trying to squash your groove. im also really not trying to tell you what to do, but honestly, i am amazed how you can seem to take no ones advice. once again, not trying to be a cock.
in essence, when you prepare a jar, you have made the BEST POSSIBLE environment for your mushies. but, turns out that that same environment is also great for EVERY OTHER fungus/bacteria/mold/alien shit in the world.
so with that in mind, when we make this environment, it has to be safe from the outside world, which contains all the bad shit i just mentioned.
soooooooooooooooo.......not having a lid on it, taking it out of the jar, breathing on it, not PCing it, and all the other crazy shit youve done to it is welcoming contams into the jar/PERFECT ENVIRONMENT
red is not good. slimey is not good. gray is not good. aborts dont show up until it is fully colonized and in the FC. there will be NO MUSHIES on a non-fully colonized cake.
i keep posting because i actually care about your success, not cuz im a dicklicker. but please, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, read some stuff, and start over. you have the right ingredients, but you need to go at it in a different way.

I understand what your saying but i already knew some of that stuff why i didn't seem to jump all around when everyone mentioned it because i knew the chances of success to be slim. I don't breath into the thing or do anything down right dumb other than taking off the tin foil. I am just trying to see what i can and can't do not looking so much for success in weight as a issue currently. Just success and knowing how to handle these situations and im probably exposing my cakes to worse situations then i ever will in the future to learn from.
Can you tell me what it is, the stuff that im asking about in jars, because ive read that you can get early pinning if you have the said environment with contaminants and the mushrooms fight it and early pin due to it. I know this is not good but i also want to try to learn from this and see if i can save it which is my next course of action. Then i might put into fruiting chamber a bit early and see if i have any success at all or look into a casing in the meantime.
