If you keep your Spawn and bulk Sealed while colonizing, as long as it reaches 100% you wont have to worry about much except cobweb and trich

This is supposed to be comforting? LOLz
Seriously; I really should not expect most of you to understand, unless you have lived a few years on the PNW Coast or somewhere very tropical. Florida and southern Georgia come to mind. I might have to go down and buy the cheapest of the biggest avac air filters and wrap them around a SGFC or something....

My First Grow Plan (as things stand): Using one syringe; I will nocc five fresh rye flour cakes and five floured 5-grain chicken scratch... I'll be using the "dunk 'n' roll" TEK... Trying to keep my first grow simple, while I gather supplies and build a "martha"....
Sooo... I'll probably only ever need a tub-type FC for a max of ten cakes.

...just that you OBVIOUSLY cheated! That's right; you heard me! CHEATER!
NO, seriously. You didn't battle contams while growing shrooms on the PNW Coast??? Sweetness! Because I probably have enough spores in my lungs alone, to recolonize the Earth, lol.

It's a freaking' petri dish here, lol. Even with our hardwood off the ground, we still battle with fungi black rot :-( Fly agar, chantrelles, morels, etc; they all grow around here. Problem is, so do a zillion other fungi, molds, yeasts and bacterium :-(

B) to the guy who made the lids....really nice job! I want to do that exact lid with vacutainer tops. Maybe just 2 injection sites though. Let us know how those lids work out for ya.
Both done by me; thanks :-)
They are, in essence, vacutainer plugs; but there are nicer, more robust, ones than the ones I'm using. These are actually more like bottle tops that would have been banded to a glass bottle for drawing out solution via a syringe. It's nothing original, I must confess. There are some awesome TEKs in these here parts

But it will still be moist, lol... Chips, on the other hand, go stale in about two hours...
I lived in central Oregon for several months back a few years. Had the exact opposite problem: could leave a bowl of chips out all week... But you better eat your sandwich in five minutes or it'll be a cracker, lol.

Just north of Bend. Next town north, Redmond :-) its even drier in Redmond than Bend! Cool thing was chillin' outside in 10degF weather with just a tank top and sweat pants on (for ten minutes) and not being cold.

Now that I know what a PMP is (Perpetual Motion Physics), he he he.... I think a slightly modified Poor Man's Pod will be the cat's meow for me. I hope using perlite won't be of concern. I'll know soon enough, lol.
Any comments on using a FLEXIBLE BUBBLE WAND 48"?
