I'm not sure what the mushroom situation is in Idaho, but Costal Oregon isnt to terribly far...God that's a long state to drive across(oregon)...

If you can't find one, shuffle down the way a little, a little change of scenery or a view from a different angle may give you the insight you need. Yeah, actually, I was around Twin Falls I think.... Headed toward Salt Lake...
I drove out of Portland mid febuary of 08... Got caught up in a blizzard about the same time I hit the Idaho line, wrecked six or twelve times between the OR/ID line and Cheyenne Wyoming.... It snowed the whole damn way, took me 5 days to drive that stretch... Finally got down to Little Rock 6 days later... The whole trip I got a hotel for about 5 hours to puke my guts out and drink some water then back to driving. wooo fun..

Damn that sucks! Next time you're through let me know.
A way to smoke fish is with a grill, charcoal works best, but soak the wood chips then put on hot coals, it's not a slow smoke but improves flavor hugely!
