How long does fresh truffels last in the frige?

I've ordered some fresh truffels and would like to know how long these boys last in the refrigerator?

Depends where you got them from. If they're vacuum packed then they'll last up to 3 months if left unopened. Happy trippin.

Should be vacuum packed. They arrived today so later today I'll know:)

Is there any way to know if they're getting old/losing potency?

Also they are Tampanensis Mexicana. On the site I ordered it said 10-15 would be a strong dose and people seem to have had pretty strong experience on 15 grams. Do you people here at shoomery agree? I'm experienced and looking for a lvl 3 trip at least. Ego dissolution would be nice. Was thinking of taking 20g myself (I'm a big person, 90 kilos) and 15g for my girl friend (60 kilos).

Gotta ask. I opened one of the vaccum sealed bags but resealed it as good as I could again. After just two days they looked very different from the once still vaccum sealed. Is this normal or did they get bad that fast? How long do they last when the vaccum seal is broken but still closed tight and in the frige?
