Oysters or something else?

Hey all just wondering if these are oysters or something else altogether.

i think so. i would have liked to see them stem though. im pretty sure its an oyster species

There was no real stem they were attached to the log where that little knobby bit on the mushroom is.

id call it an oyster. not sure exactly which one though.

Hmm I might have to go collect them, there were loads and all pretty young and fresh looking.  I'll put some more shots up in a sec once I sort through them, might help nail it down a bit.

I think it was some kind of Eucalyptus, it was a dead one with not much foilige left on it, and I am not too good with tree ID's yet tbh.

Here is a pic of the older specimens.
