Identify please?

Habitat: Found it grow out of horse crap
Gills: Grayish. Really black from spores
Stem: Its about 3 or 4 inches long. Got some curvy lines going up it
Cap: Really delicate, creamy colored
Spore print color: Either jet black or very very dark purple
Bruising: No bruising.
Very strong mushroom smell. It has been raining for like four days straight so I went on a walk and found this growing on the side of a horse pen out of horse crap. I would appreciate an ID very much. I live in Nebraska if that helps any. Thanks for looking.

Panaeolus semiovatus

Thanks. I knew it looked like some kind of panaeolus. Do you know if Panaeolus semiovatus is active? Some people say it is and some not, from where I've read.

panaeolus copelandia
Its a common magic mushroom, ussaly found near, or in the same field as Panaeolus semiovatus and other panaeolus sp.
I havent found any yet, but after this rain ill have a look for some. They are supposta start popping up when it starts to get cold after a hot summer.
Where are you located? aus?

Not yet. All I have found are Pan Foes and Flammulina velutipes. I have been looking for Panaeolus cinctulus but haven't had very wet weather until this week so I'm hoping to find some.
I only found this mushroom while looking very briefly.

I have already looked at that but thanks.
Pretty much the only active I have a chance of finding is Panaeolus cinctulus formerly known as "Pan Subb"

Haha yeah but they are pretty small aren't they?
I don't mind though. I am just enjoying the experience of learning about and hunting for mushrooms.
