Mugwort

I have read many things about Mugwort (Artemisia Vulgaris). Its primary active ingredient is Thujone, which is a sedative, and after it makes you fall asleep, it makes you have very vivid and lucid dreams. I am very interested in obtaining some. Unfortunately, no nurseries around I think would sell this. I would like to obtain a plant from the wild, since they are common and grow in my area. What I would like to know is where to look, what it looks like, and if anybody has used this before. Any tips/suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

I have smoked mugwort before. The effects were not very noticeable at all.
I purchased it online, for something like 50g for $4. I found it much better mixed with damiana and passion flower. The mix of all 3 plants has a very relaxing feel once smoked, and lucid dreams occurred every night after smoking this mixture.

i smoke mugwort every day, to be honest its kind of lame as for just getting high, i usually smoke it, it calms me down really well, i suggest you smoke mugwort in any stressful time in your life, and after i smoke it i meditate, sometimes i astral project (yeah im wierd), so i suppose, indirectly you could say you can have a psychedelic experience, but in all reality, mugwort is pretty much useless in the sense of getting high, calms me down, trippy dreams, pretty much it, oh and its 100% fine for your health. any other questions, id be glad to answer.

I have some mugwort. It's really interesting. I've made it into teas and smoked it for dream work and it has done some beautiful things. It's been shown to be good for stress as stated above but I've never used it for this reason. It can help in lucid dreams although I've had more lucid dreams without it. You can order it online at Amazon or any herb store online, it's fairly common. If you have an herbal store nearby they have it. If you absolutely cannot find it and have done the best of your abilities, I might be able to send you a little bit, PM me in that case.
People who use mugwort know their mugwort so post any questions here I'm sure many of us can answer it.
Peace

I have a friend that smokes it every night for lucid dreaming, but what he says it that, for him at least, it doesn't really help bring on lucid dreaming but it helps him remember his dreams for his dream journal. (Lucid Dream Training)

by the way, noticing the effects of mugwort is an art form, you really need to focus on yourself to intensify the effects, it can become the most useful way of coping you can find. if your looking to get high, not happening, looking for inner peace, happening. just like why i did acid, i wanted to find myself, and for the experience. mugwort has its place, a modest, comfortable place.

What's a good way to identify mugwort, in the wild?

i never smoked it, but back in the day i used to put it under my pillow to help me remember my dreams. and i believe just putting it under my pillow helped remember dreams, i remember being shocked at how much more i dreamed.
i knew about placebo then, and dont think so. something about mugwort and dreaming.

I haven't smoked mugwort, but I did make thujone hash outta wormwood... it was a waste of time imo.
even though I did catch a very slight buzz, the headache and shit made it totally not worth it.

Wormwood is actually a nightmare herb. It gives one fearful dreams and can be extremely potent because sometimes it accesses the traumatic section of the being and brings it out. I can see now that it is very useful to face fears and smoking a bit of it can be beneficial but too much and it's a poison.

I definitely didn't get any nightmares.. or vivid dreams
I got a headache and sore throat... that was off the thujone hash
straight smoked wormwood was the most unpleasant smoke I've ever consumed, only effects I noticed was the lack of oxygen to the brain from coughing so hard for so long... again no nightmares.
made tea out of it, no effects other then an extremely bitter taste in my mouth... again, no dreams/nightmares to write home about.
tried making absinthe out of it... I got drunk... had a few crazy dreams in the morning, but that's to be expected when I'm hungover from booze.

10x calea zachetachichi and kratom on the other hand... those 2 herbs make me dream like a motherfucker... especially when mixed
trazadone is a true nightmare causing drug imo, every time I took that shit I had the most intense/bizzare nightmares ever, and I'm not really one prone to nightmares.
