Do any of you feel like you're fucked in the head in general and if yes, are you comfortable sharing this fact with people you interact with irl?

thinking too deep, over analyzing, thinking so much that you can barely speak or to the point you say fuck everything/not do much, talking to yourself often, maybe obsessive about certain things............. i don't know, i guess i'm defining it as ways of thinking but it can mean anything that can relate to the idea of being 'fucked' in the head somehow and deviating from the norm

I don't think anyone is normal, and that we're all fucked in the head. Some people are just good at acting like they "fit in".

There are definitely some psychopathologies that make people "fucked in the head," but most of the time they don't feel that way; e.g. sociopath.
If you have something wrong that leads you to harm others without feeling remorse, lack the ability to empathize, or have psychoses then something may be off. On the other hand, if you just have thoughts or disagree with parts of your life, society, etc. then there may not be much to worry about. I am a bit of a naturalist, and so I think about how my mind reacts to negative stimuli like my college loan debt and compare that anxiety/frustration to what I would have faced living in Ohio 400 years ago. Back then I would have worried about getting food, having shelter, and not being prey (and a bunch of others). All of those things are immediate for the most part and you can gain satisfaction in successfully killing a deer or building a shelter of some sort.
When there is a problem presented to me I like to fix it as quickly and efficiently as my mind allows, but in my society there is an almost infinite number of variables/problems I can't readily solve/fix in even the near future. Society itself is a fucked word, because in the US the melting pot conundrum of culture leads more to division than it does progress. Progress is something that has to be fought for and anytime there is a societal issue, political issue, or legal issue and a poll is done the shit is 50/50 60/40 and in rare occasions 70/30 or higher. We all fucking disagree. I think that sucks.

Agree.
I reckon people are afraid of voicing their "crazy" thoughts due to fear of being ostracized from the norm. the norm being concealed insanity.

Therefore I believe a lot of people could relate to the vid above, and laugh away their paranoia. I know I did.
IMO one is "normal" or "sane" when they are comfortable with and secure in being, themselves. even if this means admitting to themselves that they are insane.
Paradoxically, it's enough to drive one insane just thinking about it!

Sometimes i tend to feel i am fucked in the head , if i give my awareness to this thought i feel even more fucked up but at the end of the day i know i am not fucked up it can just seem like that when you are not playing into the same games everyone else is
i think bad has become good so when your trying to do good people tend to trip out in terms of mistaking kindness for weakness
Also you can only be fucked in the head if you are comparing yourself to something in a world of unbias there is no right or wrong
To the ordinary citizen i would surely be fucked up , but the ordinary citizen to me does not know any better so what can you expect .. ignorance cannot let it get to you even it can even for the smallest of moments and make you feel 'fucked in the head'

LOL thoughts like those were my fun thoughts as a little kid, genetically cloning myself and having 500(of mes) or so people jump off buildings and have to have other people watch while it gets burned into their brains for a extended period, mass murdering my fellow peers and raping some teachers, killing myself infront of some girl, just jumping out of a building to tall that would break my legs and laughing about it, a ton of shit like that. Alot of my thoughts would be interpreted as "fucked in the head"(sadly yours can be too if you look at them in a different perspective) lol ive even just said that sometimes i guess im just fucked in the head. It doesn't really make a difference unless you want it to. I mean it is your mind and you do have control other people can try to force things but ultimately what you want to or don't want to see(minds eye)/think is up to you. So honestly no i think im that not fucked in the head to a man who sees the news about tons of people dieing everyday and never thinks about those things himself even though he watches it instead.
