Hi all, Sorry for posting here twice today but after doing some research on the shrooms in my area, I landed one very promising shroom growing all by himself next to a tree. Here's the info about it:

Habitat:
As stated above I found it up against a tree in a heavily mulched wooded area in Northern Maryland
Gills:
Brown, almost grey. Gills are flattened but that may have been from when I layed it down to try and get a spore print.
Stem:
about 5" high, medium brown, hollow.

Cap:
4" diameter light brown with dark brown tip.

Spore print color:
Brown

Bruising:
None that I can tell

Not sure what it is. Maybe a Psathyrella?

It's not a Gymnopilus.
