Absence of mycelium in parts of the jars.

Using BRF PF Tek, inoculated with B+. 15 days into colonization:
Seems to be directly related to the inoculation holes. Some jars are colonizing all around the jar, as in the mycelium has completely connected to eachother and is now one big mycelium network. Other jars only 3 sections of the jars have colonized, and in a couple, only 2 sections have colonized.
I am wondering, even if for some reason those inoculations didn't "take", will the rest of the mycelium eventually colonize the blank portions?
Since I don't have my camera today, I decided to add a badass drawing I did for a visual aid.

I should add that they are half pint, indeed.
Also, for the most part, they were inoculated with .25CC in each hole -- 1CC total per jar.

I literally have a couple of jars doing exactly like yours. I inoculated 12 days ago with some Penis Envy from The Hawks Eye. One jar actually had only one spot germinate. Maybe I should have shook the syringe more. This happened to me along time ago. They should finish, it will just take forever or it could stall as well. Just wait it out.

was just wondering if your situation got better because someone having the same problem with B+ strain. out of 4 jars two only have two spots of mycel growth and one has only 1. Im scared the cakes will dry out before the Myc completes the network

some will be a hit and some a miss. All part of the growing experience. I high doubt anyone has grown without experiencing a few stalled jars.
