I was cleaning a neighbors yard and found two bails of wheatstraw that had obviously been there for awhile, (grass growing from them, and sloppy on the underside) there was a few mushrooms growing from a small section on the underside, Here is a verbal identification: Cap: Dark grey, 3/4 inch long, 1/4 wide shaped somewhat like a rifle bullet. Stem: white about 4 inches long, couldn't see the spores because it wasn't opened but slightly, no veil, not looking for actives just like to know.
Spore print color is one of the most important bits of information for identification. So please try to get us at least that much more description. The more information you can give us the easier this will be.
