theAyahuascaDiaries.com - An Australian psychonaut's experiences taking Ayahuasca in Peru

I met the writer of this website (an Australian man in his mid 20's) whilst travelling in Peru last year. It is essentially a recount of his month spent living in a tiny Peruvian village in the Amazon basin. During this time he lived with the family of the village's shaman (without running water or electricity), and regularly consumed ayahuasca (as well as numerous other indigenous medicinal plants) - whilst adhering to a strict diet.
The site includes a detailed introduction into what exactly ayahuasca is, as well as a moderate summary of the chemistry and history of psychedelics - followed by a recount of his experiences. He has attempted to make the site accessible and appealing to those with no knowledge of ayahuasca and/or psychedelics, yet detailed enough to inform/challenge those who have a greater understanding in these areas.
He asked me to pass on the site info to anyone who may be interested, as he is keen to get any feedback he can on the content (all constructive criticism encouraged).
If you think you would enjoy reading this material (or you know someone who might), the website is theayahuascadiaries.com There is also a facebook fan page which you can 'like' to get updates on new additions to the site http://www.facebook....209154652430674
Thanks very much soma5eeker
ps. I'm assuming this post doesn't infringe on any posting rules/guidelines since his site is not-for-profit. My apologies if the post must be relocated/removed.

Posting here to remind myself to read later.
Also, somewhat related, I saw this post on reddit recently about a guy who went to Peru to kick it with shamans and drink ayahuasca and such, and ended up being kidnapped and held for 3 months in a brutal fundamentalist christian "rehab facility." Pretty interesting read.
