Specifically a credit card, not a debit card?
No.

credit card or debit card. it makes no difference to me as long as you can get it issued and reload it annonymously.

Isn't that how those ones at 7-11 work? Put cash in machine, get card out?

i just looked into that 7-11 card and it eventually asks for you social security number. i guess the question really is are there any that don't? its goddamn annoying uncle sam has to keep track of all electronic transactions.

Hm. Wonder if it verifies the number, or just records what you enter?

They do exist. I am in Australia and I have bought prepaid Mastercard credit cards before. If you want one that you can reload then it must be registered to a name but the disposable ones don't need to be registered. However, the ones that don't need to be registered have a limit of $1000 on them to help prevent money laundering etc.

Here is the American Mastercard site for prepaid cards: http://www.mastercard.us/prepaid-card.html
I just remembered that when I went to get one from the shops I did have to give my name and signature but I wasn't registering the card as such. However, doing this would not leave a record on my normal bank accounts etc if I were buying myco gear or something I think the government has no business knowing about. I got someone else to get the next one for me though.
I am not sure if you'd have to sign for the card where you live. Different countries have different rules. Anyway, buying myco gear aint illegal but growing psilocybe cubensis is in many places and you don't want anything on your bank statements that will help the pigs.

fake id+ permanent card mailed to drop box with fake id used to get drop box= card with billing addy and name on it in your fake id name. Keep getting new ones. Other wise pecunix/liberty reserve work but the moneypak route with those cards works great for small amounts and keeps it really simple for the customers.

I would be happy with some kind of pre-paid that is hassle-free online (ie has a three digit code/billing zip for using in forms) I'm always running into the problem of a web site wanting some info about a card i don't have because it's a pre-paid
