grow issue, pf tek

ok, so i used PF Tek, but maybe not as successfully as i had hoped. There were indentions where it seems the growth had just deflated. It didn't fully colonize the jars, leaving a gap on the sides and bottoms of the jars. also, there were some spots and i don't know if they are contamination or what type.
As for procedure, fairly sterile procedure, made my own glove box, prepped the room for about a week with cleanings and such. using a minifrige with an adjustable heating element and thermometer inside so i can view and adjust the temp. i even gave it a few extra days past 15 to see if it would grow more, but it didn't.
Temp was between 80 and 86 for the entire time, except once where the temp gauge got bumped and it got to 90, but that was for less than 24 hrs.
these pics are pretty decently sized, so i put them on in a different place, but i will try to link at least the ones that show the issues best.

try removing the foil from your jars, you wont be getting proper gas exchange and this is a common cuase for slow colinisation and stalled jars. the foil is only to stop water getting into your jars through the inoculation holes
the dry verm layer is what stops contams getting in.
Also, ditch the incubator which new growers can have alot of trouble with getting dialed in.
Its much better to leave them at room temp (around 75f)
I can see metobolites which is a sign of your myc getting stressed, higher temps can cause this, and possibly poor gas exchange.
it can also be a sign the myc is fighting something (like bacteria)
remove the lids, and keep them anywhere between 70-75f.
Incubating at 80F doesnt really speed things up much (a few days if lucky) and can encourage unwanting things to happen
