Yes. I think it looks lovely. I think it might have been slow because the straw might have been a bit on the damp side of things.
I think with a slow substrate, especially a slow straw sub, you have to just be patient and let it do it's thing.
When I've tried fruiting them too early, they stall and take much longer than if I had allowed them to finish colonizing under normal vegetative conditions.
I'd say leave it alone for up to another week unless u see pins.

with the heat build up in the substrate, might want to drop the temp a bit?

Never did a mono B4, but I keep reading that you want the 2 holes on the long sides of ur tub at sub level and the 1's on either end up high for circulation. Like I said I have never done a mono but I read that alot around here. Good Luck.

It'll grow at 77, but slower. 74 I find very good. Good Luck

Actually I do mine in the basement in the summer where I have to run a heater to keep it up to 74, so it's a cost no matter where I do it, but an AC would be nice to come in out of the heat on those days where it hits 90+. Better half can't stand AC, so it would be like a islolated island for me. I'm getting a one room AC.

Hey Eligilbert12, I was just looking at ur WBS Qrts. The one on the left has something going on, maybe just the way the pic is or a clump of somthing in the seed, but I'd keep an eye on it.
