I know the feeling. I went to my microbiology teacher to use the flowhood and he was reluctant to allow me to. I'm thining about taking microbiology or plant biology this Fall so I may gain access during class time.

Nice work man, you are a real credit to mushroom enthusiasts. Keep up the good fight. here's hoping that they are an unknown species, good luck man.

Did the ones you pick bruise any color besides brown? That would be fucking sweet if you found a new active in the PNW!

no i didnt see any blue bruising. i dont think i would have missed something like that. but that also doesnt mean they arent active. who knows they could be a weakly active Psilocybe. but prolly not ima stick with Deconica til a positive ID says what they are or i do chemical tests

The microscopy isn't clear enough to tell much from it. What kind of camera are you using? I assume it looks more clear through the eyepiece. What magnification and scope? Is the fine focus set right? Did you adjust the condenser and/or set up kohler illumination?
It definitely could be Deconica.
Run it through the key in The Genus Psilocybe by Gaston Guzman.
The spore river is caused by capilary action of the water under the slide. One way to eliminate that is to coat the edges of the cover slip with nail polish to prevent evaporation.
You will need a reticle to measure the spores.
At a minimum you need a clear picture of the spores, measurements of the spores, cheilocystidia, pleurocystidia and the pileipellis in cross section. It helps to measure the cheilocystidia and pleurocystidia in a crush mount too but that is always needed. Check the key to Psilocybe section Psilocybe to see what you need for this section of this genus.

Deconica subviscida
that LOOKS like a perfect match. the only thing wrong is that from what ive read it fruits during late fall/ winter times.
@Alan: no, it was not much clearer through the eyepiece. its the scope, not that camera. i used my old POS russian scope again just to get a general shape of the spores. i know that i will need measurements and clearer pictures to help, but i wanted to look for myself until i can use a proper scope and thought id take pics to share anyways. and yea i know what was goin on with the spore river but i still think it was awesome i dont have Dr. Guzman's book yet. think i can find his keys online? ima check it out anyway.
thanks for the help guys!
