2.5 because I screwed up my first quarter. Last 2 quarters I've gotten like a 3.5 though.

All my math classes are 4.0, Everything else require too much studying for me and it shows. Hard to find motivation to study about concepts that dont interest you.

Been trying to recover from freshman/sophmore C's in college, 2.88 right now
last semester i took all major classes (biology) got a 3.7
should get 3.5+ this semester
so much harder to your GPA up than to hurt it
Only two semesters left and I need a 3.0 to apply to most grad schools ARGGG

I rarely pay attention or do the reading for a lot of my classes because the information being taught, in my opinion, is often times rarely applicable to things I want to do or learn in real life. Sometimes I think I just hate doing school work because of the stigma attached with it...if a great book was assigned as homework I probably wouldn't enjoy it nearly as much as if I were to read it on my own time. I know I am not alone in this regard, as it seems like a lot of people try to get by in high school and college by doing the bare minimum of work...if I cram a few hours before an exam and get a B I'm cool with that if it took the other student 3 hours of studying every single week to get their A-. Obviously everyones different, but its fairly easy in my opinion to get decent grades without straining yourself with to much studying if you do it right.

2.2 ... messed up my first year and a half of college. Went back a few years later and got all A's but the former years of fail still made it hard to raise, which sucks. Also tried transferring all A's from 2 semesters from another university - only 1 class was accepted Oh well, still time to raise it I guess. Only multiple thousands of dollars and precious years wasted, but shit happens for a reason right? - lesson learned.

Difference between 2.2 and 3.5 is less important than the difference between 3.5 and 4.0. IOW, you're fine. Pass, graduate, it's all good.

In High SChool I had like a 1.8-2.2
I never really gave a fuck about anything..
if I did it again I'm sure I could get a 3.8-4+
I plan on going to college soon and think I'd do quite well.

When I was in HS I actually had 0.something GPAs, lol.
I went back after dropping out and got all 4.0s. In my younger days I just never went cause I was bored with it. I could get upper 3 to 4 college gpa, with ease. Just haven't gone with it yet. I know it's easier said than done, but I just have a thing with school. If I'm there, I have to get everything right. I studied plenty of college level material. I used to finish home courses in a couple days time.
