Habitat:
Found in well fertalized field. Rained two days ago. 67-73 degrees.

Gills:
Black to chocolate brown.

Stem:
3in apx. light brown/brown. Brusing Dark brown. Hollow

Cap:
Small domes ranging from brown to light brown. Darker nipple

Spore print color:
Jet Black....like a pen

Bruising:
dark brown

Other information:

Got more pics? Did you only find the one? Can you post a pic of the spore print? What exactly was it growing from? Wood? Shit? Habitat shots?

you mean a belt on the cap? its not always there. especially when they start drying out. you can see one in the third picture

yeah they were growing just in the grass, dogs are all over the place. but only in the field any other plot of land with similar grass had well nothing. Ill post some pics in a sec.

looks black to my eyes. Aren't all Panaeolus sp. none toxic? I would try them anyway, maybe make some tea just to see if they are active. It couldn't hurt.
