They will work just cost more money, what else do you want seems like a retarded post.............. What happens if I use tupperware with filterpatch or a bigger jar or a water drinking glass with foil or a fuckin bucket they all work.......maybe I dont get your question if they sell them they probably work or nobody would buy them.......hmmmmmmm maybe just maybe

buying rye bags off the site is just less work for you. They come pre-sterilized, so you don't need a PC to do grains.
However, I'd only suggest getting one if you don't mind the 500% mark up for the $1.25 worth of rye they give you and charge $20-$40

Yea. I bought the 500% mark up & they worked fine. I didn't have a PC at the time, so I was happy with them. Actually have 2 ready to go tomorrow as they were in the fridge for a few months. Knocked up a few weeks ago & will be adding Hpoo, coir, verm, Gypsum, sawdust tomorrow. The 1st 2 bags went to G2G. There alright, just costly.

If the mycelium your spawning is cubesis mycelium, I'd go ahead and leave the sawdust out of that list of bulk substrate materials. Cubensis mycelium is a primary decomposer of dung (cow dung, naturally). It's not know to colonize wood. The wood may cause possible inhibition zones, creating breeding grounds for bacteria.
