Democratic Primaries
    #1445522 - 04/10/03 01:19 AM (20 years, 11 months ago)

For those of you voting in the Democratic primaries, who are you planning to vote for? At this point, I'd have to say say John Kerry, cuz he's not a fuckin' pussy like so many Democrats in Congress have been for most of the Bush administration.

I don't think the Democrats have a chance in 2004. but who knows what can happen. a lot can change in that time.

I'll be voting for the candidate that has the least chance of winning. In Michigan those that aren't registered Dems can cross vote. I DO NOT want a dem to win no matter what.

Kerry is a good choice for 2004. You wouldn't want to waste a good candidate in this election. Save the good one for 2008. Then the Dems have a chance. This election is a foregone conclusion.

Cheers,

A lot can happen in a year. I think it's a little early to say that this election is a foregone conclusion.

And machine guns. If we can't take Bush out of office through the system, then it's time for revolution. That fucker's gotta go.

Come on people! Look at history! A lot of prominent Democrats didn't run in 92 because they didn't think they could beat Bush 41! Then what happened? A nobody from Arkansas named Clinton dominated him! The Democrats have more than a fighting chance.

Are you serious? He voted for the Iraq resolution many months ago. He's just another Democratic Accommodationist. He'll do whatever's popular at the moment. About half of all the Democrats running supported and still do support the war in Iraq. Here we go:

Dem Candidates who support the war:

John Kerry
John Edwards
Joe Lieberman
Dick Gephardt

We might as well re-elect Bush! These above men are Hawks disguised as Democrats!

Dems who oppose:

Howard Dean
Al Sharpton
Dennis Kucinich
Carolyn Moseley Braun

I say elect Howard Dean!!! Has anyone seen him speak before? He and Al Sharpton get the biggest crowd reactions out of the bunch, and they actually know what they're talking about and wouldn't hold back to reveal Bush as the idiot he is in a debate.

Elect Howard Dean in 04!!!!

I watched a debate last night between the democratic candidates, and John Kerry basically said that he believed force should be an option in Iraq, but he believed Bush jumped the gun on that one, and that war should always be the last resort, which it wasn't in this case. I pretty much agree with him on this.

Forget all about the presidential election for now. Regime change must begin with the democratic congressional primaries. If you think the democratic candidates are all corporate repoop clones, then this is your chance to take them off the ballot.

Use the ACLU freedom scorecard to determine whether this needs to be done in your district.
