Have you ever had your soul imprinted by a good friend? 1

Some of you may be familiar with the feeling, but it's hard to describe. It's when you and a friend spend so much time together growing and changing, going through the same trials and tribulations that you start to have similar thought processes. It goes beyond thought though. It's as if this friend is so close, that you literally hear their voice in the messages he sends and can empathetically understand everything they go through. Like you are vicariously living through all their suffering, pain, joy... prosperity... etc.
You even go so far to say that this friend is on similar cosmic paths, and even when you move far away your connection is never severed. While other friends come and go, this one is always there and you are always learning from each other.
If you haven't experienced this, you are missing out.

I honestly feel this way towards a select few, that we're like the same soul inhabiting different vessels, simultaneously...
It gives us the illusion of separate identities, when in fact we're just experiencing the same reality from different viewpoints.
Every now and then I'll meet another version of my Self, and we both know it instantly. You feel like you've known each other forever, because you have.
We're all coming together now- the Universe is getting to know itself like never before, and it's a beautiful thing.

I tend to get crowded, but it's not like that. It's like, if this person died I'd feel very alone in the world like a part of myself has moved on.

I know exactly what you mean. Me and my cousin share this. We have lived together ever since we were born, so we're technically brothers. He is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the only people I would risk anything for.

I often think of this connection in terms of, "Who would you trust with your life??"
That is your answer, on who you're true friends are.

I know this is older but YES . My bestfriend that has been through the most shit with me, and has always been my trip buddy for high doses to keep each other anchored to reality if need be. We always say the same thing as each other at the same time, to the point that it got kind of scary. We constantly just know what the other person is going to say, and always think of the same thing at the same time. A ridiculous amount of synchronization's started happening after we started doing cid a lot together. Also his birthday is my half birthday and vise versa. Exactly six months away. In a lot of ways were opposites personality wise too.

i'm lucky to have this connection with two people, my friend and my brother. One other guy too but honestly, he freaks me out as much as anything
and there's this girl who i like and it seems like we have this strange connection of saying things at the exact same times and thinking alike, but definitely not the same level of intellectual communion
