Are shrooms nutritious like normal mushrooms? Just wondering.

It depends a lot on the substrate you use. Say you add coffee grounds, coffee beans naturally have antioxidants so it would be safe to assume that mushies grown with coffee grounds would incorporate some of those anti-O's. I dont know how much goodies you get from the average cuisine-mushroom though, they just taste good to me. actually I like the taste of magic aswell, where many people starts vomiting. Shrooms in the wild does drag up alot of bad things from the soil if there is any, so its kinda risky. for instance nuclear fallout from Chernobyl was detected all over europe for many years afterwards.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again,

shrooms contain vitamin P

However, if you want healthy, mix them with fruit and yogurt; or mix them with orange juice.
