Melbourne ID request. and some Subs!

Hey guys, I went out and found a lot of mulch/tambark growing mushrooms.
These were all growing in the one area, I'm not sure if there are 2 or 3 spieces, because I know one are Subs, and the other ones might just be really battered worn subs.
First the Subs-semi lookalike:

Habitat:
Wood-mulchy area. Exposed to sun and rain. Seem long reed like plants nearby, but no water.
Gills: Yellowy white. Lighter at edges.
Stem: White with traces of yellow at the top and browns, though could just be excessive moisture / dirt. 3 - 4cm. Not hollow on some, but a very fine hollow point on smaller ones.
Cap: Dark brown at the top, getting lighter towards the edges reaching an orangy yellow at the edges. 3 - 4 cm.
Bruising: No bruising.
Mushroom #2. Possible Subs?

Habitat: Same as above, except not many reeves in this area. About a 10 metre walk.

Gills: Dark murky brown. Dark blue bruising.
Stem: White but a lot darker, possibly just dirt. Obvious bluing in areas such as the top in the picture above.
Cap: Lightish brown / white. Goes in at the centre, breaking at edges.
So yeah, pretty much just the cap is different. Are these just really old subs?
Ok, now for delicious subs.
look at them all

Everything is the same as above, except the cap which is noticably darker brown, most dark at top of cap.
Also... Is this sub safe to eat? I'm not going too, but it has some blackish/dark brown areas on it. Is this just dirt? or signs of rot or something? I'm very new to hunting (this is my second hunt)

Hm. I'm starting to doubt that the bottom ones might be P. Subs.
The gills are quite darker than the other subs I've picked. Is it normal for P. Sub's gills to darken with age. In the above picture there is some dark bruising, but it's hard to tell if it is blue or black.
Are there any P. Sub lookalikes that this could be, though, there was blue on the stem.

You post is very confusing which ones are you unsure about exactly?

These are Psilocybe Subaeruginosa if it's them you are unsure of, just check the middle one for bruising as I can't see any in that shot.

Well, the first two I don't know at all. I thought the last one was Psilocybe Subaeruginosa but doubted that because of the darker than usual gills. Are they meant to be this dark?
But yes, I would appreciate an ID on the first two. I'm assuming the first is an inactive Psilocybe Subaeruginosa look a like.

First ones are probably leratiomyces ceres. Second set I'm not so sure of. The final pics are ps. subaeruginosa.
