Ok so I have to pint jars of WBS and 3 1/2 pint jars as well. They seem to have stalled growing and it has been like this for a week now. Should I just break it up and and mix it in with my Hpoo. they have been incubating for 3 weeks I think.

You should be shaking those jars every few days so the myc in there stays loose. Then going to bulk or spreading and casing .... unless you plan to do cakes?

I would shake it really good and let it colonize 100% before opening it.

They look almost full. I don't know if shaking is an option.

no. 100% incorrect.
shake grain jars ONCE at ~30% colonization. then it will finish to 100% in a few days

A jar with uncolonized grains looks good to spawn to you? You do know that sterilized uncolonized grains will most likely contaminate if you spawn them to bulk.....unless you have a leprechaun up yer ass and do the whole thing in a glove box...
shake the jar...if it doesnt colonize 100% in 3-6 days there is something wrong in there...

Hmmm....if thats yer only hope for mushrooms atm I suppose you could spawn and then hope for a miracle...
I personally dont waste time on projects I believe are contam....hours of work for almost certain disappointment isnt my bag....brings back bad memories .....
Invest in some mason jars and a dirt cheap bag of polyfill...you will never look back

Thats all bad. lol. spaghetti jars dont work well i guess. At this point i would scrape off any uncolonized grains and try to spawn that to some bulk. uncolonized grains is bad because mold will love and contaminate it.
I would start my trays or whatever youre doing right away since you already exposed your jar. I would start your bulk substrate prep right away. Make sure to pasteurize your poo or coir and get it to field capacity.
good luck

I already started the manure. Its got an hour and 10 mins. left..So scrape the uncolinized off. Then just gonna mix into my bulk tub.
