Question Concerning SGFC

Ok, so work has finally started up again for me. My question is will my SGFC survive the 14 hour days that I work? Im afraid of my BRF cakes drying out. I would really like all input anyone has for me. Maybe I should just heavily mist each morning and fan? And how much will it affect my yields seeing how I wont be able to give it as much attention as usual?
I followed RR's Videos to a T by the way in case anyone is worried about that.
Thanks in Advance!

Im about to Birth 5 cakes... I should probably expect it take longer to pin then? Since I wont be here to mist and fan to trigger it?

Firm hold meaning what? I usually wait till the jars are 100% colonized and wait about another 5 days before I dunk/roll.

One other thing... Does The tub have to be a specific size for a SGFC, or can I use any size as long as I have 1/4 inch holes every 2 inches on all 6 sides?

Bigger is usually better for SGs. Small ones do ok, but they only fit maybe 4 cakes in the central "sweet spot" and they can go dry fast. Get something in the 70-100 qt range.

I only grow for personal use, thats why I asked about the small tub. I usually only inoculate 3 1/2 pint jars at a time. Note taken

Oh, and wait for pins before birthing. IMHO, I'd rather spend an extra week or ten days in the safe, clean jar, than have the cakes sit for two weeks before doing much in the FC.
*By extra, I mean a week to ten days after 100%. 100% plus a week is an ok minimum, but I get much faster and fuller flushes after waiting just a few more days if I need to and getting some nice pins first.
I also have taken to the habit of "light blasting" the jars for 12hrs a day after they've been 100% colonized 4-5 days. This happened on accident once; I left one of my lights near some jars I was about to birth and did not notice it for a few days. The sides facing the light were packed with pins, and the dark sides were bare. Ah-ha, said I.... So now I do it by accident all the time on purpose.
