I heard that the supreme court ruled that Canada's pot laws are unconstitutional because they are keeping pot away from medicinal users who cant get a prescription or a legit grow! And so the gov has 90 days to rewrite the laws or they will be completely null and void.
It has already been liek 30 days! any word on this?
I bet now that harper is in command he will crack down on it even harder, but maybe he is too busy setting up his new nazi government that he will forget and the laws will be void for at least a little while, and we can smoke pot anywhere and plant plants everywhere!
What do you think>?

Not the supreme court but the Ontario Superior court - that means that it is only legally binding in the province of Ontario, however I cannot see other judges in other provinces not throwing out the cases, since Canada is one country, not made out of states.
I assume it will be like last time - The government will do shit all, it will be legal for a bit and then they will hurry and fix it.

To be fair though they never properly fixed it last time, which is a large part of why it's happening again.
The MMAR is ridiculously prohibitive, and was passed through the courts which is a legal anomaly. Laws may only be passed by parliament, not the courts. Frankly I don't know how they've been getting away with it for 10 years. Parker Vs Regina still stands as far as I know, it's just that the MMAR (which shouldn't even be legally binding) overlaps it.

Sounds good however
One thing I have learned is in Canada the police and the Politicians don't always follow the laws governing liberty.
I think at the last minute it will go back to business as usual. The Federal Government after all is still in charge. It is still the little puppet master, which is controlled by the bigger puppet master.
I myself will be surprised if marijuana becomes legal for all to possess in Canada. With the cocksucker the damn Canadian fools voted in as Prime Minister of Canada, we might as well bend over and get anal raped by Both George Bushes of the USA.
But then again, isn't most political governments just a smoking mirror of a higher puppet master that pulls the strings?
