New pressure cooker. Should I sterilize everything now?

I just received my new 23qt Presto pressure cooker. I'm going to start the LC today but I was wondering if I should also throw in the jars with the substrate in them to sterilize them altogether.
If the LC takes a week or so to finish will the other jars filled with substrate still be sterilized if I leave them in the pc?

use the search for sterilization times that will answer your question.

Do NOT PC your LCs w/ grains. Your LCs will burn. You only PC LCs for 30 minutes & grains from 90-120 minutes. Just make the LCs tonight & wait the week then make the grain.
I've left prepped grain jars for 2 weeks after sterilization & they worked fine.
Moisture content IS an issue for longterm storage of grain jars.

if you have a pressure cooker there isnt really a reason NOT to do grains ;p
cakes still have their place, but if you're looking for mucho mush. grainspawn is the way to go

No reason to change plans though- go ahead with cakes, do grains also.
