What are your favorite super foods? 1

Hello Friends,
I am practicing the path of " ecstatic immortalism" which means living in such a way as to prolong your own life to the greatest possible extent while feeling as good as humanly possible. Of course, actually living forever is probably not achievable, but the idea is that by aiming for immortality you can achieve great longevity and the best possible health.
A major pillar of my immortalist practice is a diet based on organic superfoods. The idea is this: if you eat bad food, you will have bad health. If you eat good food, you will have good health. But if you base your diet around "super" foods, foods that are extraordinarily beneficial and nutritious, you will enjoy Extraordinary health.
I have found some that I find very powerful, and I will share them with you. Then I would love it if you would list your favorites, ones that I might have missed.
My list (in no particular order)
1. Raw garlic: powerful anti-infective, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-cancer agent 2. Black garlic: as above, but with twice the anti-oxidants and even more effective anti-bacterial qualities 3. Rooibos (red) tea: very high in anti-oxidants and deeply calming 4. White/green tea: very high in anti-oxidants, powerful anti-cancer properties, prevents and reverses alzheimers 5. Raw Cacao: perhaps the most powerful of all, loaded with anti-oxidants, has a euphoriant effect, high in magnesium (which we need but are usually short of) 6. Spinach: a classic super nutritious superfood 7. Brocolloi: powerful anti-cancer properties, loaded with nutrition 8. Flax oil/seeds: heart and brain supporting omega oils 9. Fish oil: works like flax 10. Lemon juice: helps to alkalize the body when added to water, which is key to good health 11. Apple cider vinegar: also a powerful alkalizer 12. Hemp seeds/hemp hearts/hemp butter: rich in protein and omega oils 13. Seaweed: rich in Iodine and minerals
Ok theres my list. Please add your own favorite healthy foods and drinks
Thanks!

I love tomatoes, which are rich in vitamins and anti-oxidants. Also, worthy of mention are greens (mustard, turnip or collard greens) which are loaded with vitamins such as A and various other good things.

Green vegetables are my favorites. Kale, broccoli and celery are stuffed in my fridge right now.

I am by no means an organic chemist, this is a serious question. How does citric acid or vinegar aid in raising body ph? I know asparagus and other green raw veggies are great for this. Also I would like to add a few foods: Blueberries Xango (think that's it, I knew a lady who sold it) noni hemp seed beets beer and wine (real) bread (real)

Oatmeal! No, joking, just watch that stupid commercial with Quaker calling it a super food. laughable description.
Any greens are my superfood - kale, collards, katuk, turnip, etc.

It doesn't, and neither do those you said do either. Your body's pH is very strictly regulated between 7.35 and 7.45. Any appreciable variance outside this range has serious consequences, and I don't mean lack of energy, or depression, or imbalanced chakras, I mean heart arrythmias, seizures and rapid death. Adjusting your body's pH through diet is bollocks of the highest order.

Acidic blood is bad for you whereas maintaining alkaline homeostasis is good. Marijuana and acid are lowering pH thus making blood acidic which is why they're bad. I choked on laughter when I read this in some retarded quasi-religious pseudoscientific nutrition book

Yes your body maintains this homeostasis, but if you are eating overly acidic foods then to maintain homeostasis Ca/Mg is taken up by the bones. It is well established that soft drinks reduce bone density because of the large amount of phosphoric acid that must be neutralized by the body. The same is true of any diet that is overly acidic.
-------------------- "A human being is part of the whole, called by us 'Universe'; a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest -- a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole nature in its beauty. Nobody is able to achieve this completely but striving for such achievement is, in itself, a part of the liberation and a foundation for inner security." Albert Einstein
