What did you inoculate with? Spores? Liquid Culture? Grain LC?
This will make a major difference in time frames.

You need to wander around these forums and use the search engine a while longer before asking uber noob questions. The answers are out there.
FYI: The liquid inside a spore syringe doesn't really qualify as an LC. As I understand it spores are suspended in a nutrient free solution (so that they remain in hibernation). LC's are actively growing cultures.

It 100% does not. Psilocybe cubensis are Psilocybe cubensis and all fruit and mature under the same conditions. You would benefit from reading the strain thread sticky at the top of the Cult forms to better understand the different VARIETYS of Ps. cubensis.
From spores expect to wait 7-14 days until you will be able to see visible growth.

On average, mycelium takes about 2 and a half years to form and up to 3 or 4 to fruit.

I find that when you're trying to germinate spores on wbs, the stickiness factor makes a big diff on growth rate.
If you bought fancy clean wbs or you cleaned the hell out of it, the spores will germinate slower. The hard outer coating of the grains isn't very conducive to their growth.
If you used nasty cheap wbs with cracked corn in it and you didn't clean it too much u'll see growth rates comparable to brf/verm. All hail cheap wbs.
