wanting the best life has to offer is greed
Greed is an excessive desire to possess wealth or goods with the intention to keep it for one's self--I would say that wanting the best life has to offer while you already have a lot of decent things in life is a bit greedy. This is kind of like billionaires who want to get richer and richer.

my uncle was killed by a bear, one of the killer kiawah's. Bears are more dangerous than terrorists, in fact i believe them to be the true culperate for 9-11. I hope you all realize the true dangers of animals competing with us.

Look at you with youre jihadist Osama bin Laden pictures... you just prowl these forums looking for arguements and controversy... I envy you.
Actually I think Osama deserved better than how is he being viewed and I don't look for arguments I only stated a fact and found his sentiment perplexing.
It's a fact that Osama deserved better?

why not just do what you want and do it good.
you're gonna die anyway whether you win your society games or not. take some lsd
you can be a winner and take lsd.
maybe if more notable people did drugs people would stop looking down on them.
instead people who do drugs like to be sedentary and live with what they have "because theyre content" and it does nothing positive to change the way drugs are viewed.
all the great people you hear about who did drugs were not the kind of people to sit around and be happy with what they had. they went for the best and made a good image for themselves.
then theres the burn outs who massively outnumber the respectable people who do drugs and get attention, and they swamp out the good with absolute shit.
its time to start making a difference. its not time to be content.
edit: yea thats right, i entombed your deleted post in this post skatealex ...
well i understand you dont want to end up on a couch your whole life but what game are you looking to succeed in?
make a billion dollars? become famous?
I'm by no means content just yet but I think for the most part I'd much rather remain low key but I will always voice my stance on something if brought up but its not like I am going to run for president or work at a news station one day.
but im not completely ruling out doing big things, just have to do some things first so i can go onto other things after those things. If i ever did make it big though, i don't think id back down from publicly saying fuck the war on drugs

It's been a problem since they put the clause in the Bill of Rights about the right to arm bears.

i agree, i want to do what is best for me in my life. but who doesnt?
one of the things that would make my life much better is if i no longer had this cloud of "criminal" over my head because i choose to do drugs.
make billions of dollars? highly unlikely for the path im trying to take.
become famous? same thing.
personally, i am going for research to debunk myth and promote fact. i may not be a key player in a paradigm shift in drug policy but by doing what other scientists are already getting in the works i will be another piece of the puzzle.
all this shit about MDMA and psilocybin and marijuana having medicinal properties and being benign substances stems from hard scientific research. the researchers are the ones paving the way for society to open its eyes. they may not be well known personally. but their research speaks volumes.
legalization begins with medical reason to ease up on the drugs. marijuana legalization years ago would have been unheard of. now there are states proposing legalization left and right after all of this medical use going on.

word. i think america's drug policies one of the worst things about the u.s. for many reasons.
and i agree it's pretty much research that may help get us out of the drug war mess.
with the internet and endless/open information its bound to collapse the war overtime i think.
the past 3 years alone weed's been featured all over the media and legalization being talked about everywhere. i think its bound to get better at some point in the near future
