Raising Your Energy

Here is a technique i am working on. I start by focusing on my big toes and my my thumbs. I do this for a couple of minutes before and intermitently during the meditation. Next i focus on the Iris's while pulling the energy up through my toes and thumbs. If you are doing this correctly you should be able to physically see, with your eyes open, your crown chakra blinking. After about ten minutes i begin focusing on the outsides of my eyes and that begins to but preasure on my temples, then a triangle of light begins to appear,traveling up to my crown chakra. If i have raised enough energy, and am relaxed while doing this i have seen the yin/yang twice coming out from my heart center, i will however mention that i was on some dam good weed when that happened.

Sometimes when I do my yoga routine while I'm really stoned, I see some pretty crazy stuff. I don't believe in no chakras, but I do believe in some form of Qi (or Chi), AKA "vital life energy," and I believe that doing certain exercises can strengthen the flow of this vital life energy within one's body.
