What could be the problem?

Most likely your lack of patience.

Do you mean sclerotia? P. pulmonarius won't form any. If you are talking about lumps of dense, white mycelium, I get that with insufficient air exchange. Can you post a photo of the blocks and the setup?

Regarding RH, anything above 60% should be fine, less during daytime will still be OK.

In case you bury your blocks, just cover with 2 - 5cm of soil, skip newspaper and plastic, just keep the surface moist.

Hehe maybe patience is partly the problem.. But I remember p osteratus to pin in a week, it's been at least 3 weeks now.. The masses are verystange, indeed very thick dense mycelium blobs, some of them are pretty alrge. I will take some pics tomorow.

I don't think AE is teh problem, as the greenhouse is opened at the bottom and it's pretty windy.. You can see the rurbulences within th egreenhouse thanks to the US mist..

I will plant some blocks in the garden and keep others to see..  Thanks for the advice!

OK, three weeks is long enough to get impatient. You must be close to success, but obviously something prevents fruiting.

Please show pictures.
