Risk ordering seeds to US?

What are the odds that seeds would make it through customs, and the risks if they didn't?
It seems like getting seeds wouldn't immediately prove you ordered them, but might be enough for a search warrant? This a real risk, or will they just take the package and toss it?

Hmmm so you want something that actually grew in the female flower of a marijuana plant, sent through the mail to the US?
I really wouldn't recommend that.

they get to you almost every time if its from a real place not a scam. I have heard of a few orders lost from the chicago usps hub as they are pretty hard core there but most others hubs the seeds just coast on through. They are looking for bricks of coke or kilos of heroin. A few packs of seeds is not much of anything to them. IF you do get caught its most likely a love letter you get saying "hurr durr y you do that?"

I've ordered seeds twice from two different companies, one place came through no problem they came right to my house in an envelope in a plastic tube wrapped in carbon paper. The other time the company I went through was a scam and sent me a christmas card with no seeds in it.
This however was like 4 years ago.
Depends on whether you're willing to take the risks but I tell you I planted ten seeds and got four humongous 9 footers and almost 1.75 pounds the seeds were definitely quality.

Good vendors will be discreet. They aren't going to waste time or money doing DNA testing on the seeds or grow them out to see if it is weed. Worst that will happen is it might get confiscated

I may or may not have ordered seeds on two separate occasions from the same vender. No issues. You can usually even pay extra for the "disguise" packaging option where they wrap it in a tee shirt or put it inside a DVD case. There are some really decent venders out there amongst the crap.
Best of luck mate.

I really wouldn't recommend that.
Seeds grow on male plants actually.

No they don't. Maybe you have experience with a Herm(both male and female plant) but I can assure you that seeds come from the flowers of female plants. Males soly produce pollen.

Cannabis plants are extremely unique in that naturally they are male or female. But not just that but by simply looking at them you can tell the difference in gender. I think this really stands out in the plant kingdom.
Its pretty easy to get there business confused. Many people don't really know much about the plant itself until they start growing.

Oh yeah, they can sprout little deform dicks of their own and pollenate themselves. Stress causes this. The good news is those seeds will be heavily biased towards being female....or hermaphrodite

WRONG: Off the top of my head I can think of four different genus of plants that are exclusively dioecious (containing male OR female reproductive parts)
While it can be said that the majority of plants are monoecious (containing both male and female flowers) there are hundreds of genus of plants that are dioecious. Which would mean that there are thousands, if not tens of thousands of dioecious species.

It doesn't matter who you order from, customs opens quite a bit of random packages. It'll always be a risk.
