Weird thought i cant get out of my head.

If atoms are free moving particles, that speed up if warmer and slow down if colder, and are constantly borrowing electrons, how is it that animals and objects stay still?
Doesn't that mean that one day I could have an atom that was once a part of the chair I am sitting on, or computer I am typing on?
just a weird thought that I keep pondering on. wondering if anyone else had some extra insight or input to add, try make more sense or make me feel the fool, whichever comes first
edit...... just realised this dont really belong here, Idk what to do if it doesn't though haha

were they in the real einstein? or the young einstein who invented the carbonated beer?
it is a bit of a strange thought, but i just cant wrap my head around how, an inanimate or living object is made of billions of continuously moving particles, and yet seems to hold the same shape day in day out.

Your atoms are only 'probably' in your body. of the trillions and trillions of atoms involved, some will move elsewhere simply on random chance.
The universe is weirder than you would believe in many ways, and this is one of them. If you are interested in the physical part of this, how and why the atoms do their thing, that's quantum physics.

your brain works like a machine almost your ignorance is part of the big picture it is not easy and takes time to sort your self out habits and flaws need to unwind and for that seeing is required we need to continuously notice our product of this processing thing called brain continuously seeing, evaluating in an instant and carrying on into something else sorry, did not mean to offend by saying your ignorance, my ignorance too... it's a bummer, but it's nice to work on it, and it isn't really our fault.. well, it is, but not more than the rest of the universe's.. I prefer "there is no fault other than as in mistake which could be said to not exist as well" of course you should not misuse this knowledge like me and go rambling some other thread all over

Yep. Our bodies really aren't anything specific, like it seems.

Shit is amazing too when you think about it. Every turd tells a story. And it tells the complete story from start to finish.
