Cloning and isolating are two very different things.

A cloned mushroom will mature to produce very nearly the same spore print save for a few mutations

So i know that with isolations of a single fruit body you get that bodys geneitics.

No, that's cloning.  Isolations are transferring down a mycelial culture until a single family or sub-strain results.  Isolated mono-cultures will then need to be fruited in order to see what the culture will behave and fruit like.

When using clones, you can pretty much expect the cloned culture to behave the way the fruit you cloned did, being that you provide the exact or very close to exactly the same environmental and climatic conditions you raised the cloned fruit up in with a few minor genetic differences.

But what about the spores? Do they have any qualities at all relating to the fruit body?

No, not by any rule of thumb.  There's a chance, but if they do it will be completely coincidental.  Once you'r back to spores, even from cloned or isolated fruits, basically, it's back to multi spore.
