What is more strenuous on the heart?

Marijuana causes changes in heart rate and blood pressure, therefore could kill someone who has underlying conditions; yet so could exercise. So if a person were healthy enough to exercise daily, they would be healthy enough to smoke marijuana, right?

I had a mini-heart attack from eating mango and ginko biloba and smoking half a joint couple of hours later. My heart actually stopped for 10 seconds and I was unconscious (prolly semi-dead or sum shit). This disproves the safety of weed.

I know it's the most predictable response but I'd have to say I'm pretty sure amphetamines are the worst. Exercise is pretty safe unless you have a condition or overdo it and same for weed. Amphetamines on the other hand (and especially high doses) cause tachycardia through the roof for days on end. I even know a guy who had a heart attack (he was 20) while coming down off some skirt, just because he saw his friends had posted an embarrassing video of him on YouTube.

ginko biloba is known to cause heart palpations and effect the circulatory system.

It makes weed high last longer. It contains inhibitors of the enzymes that metabolize THC. Try it out and/or die tryin

Well that would depend on the type of marijuana, the type of exercise, and the method with which you gauge empirically safety

I think that in healthy adults, marijuana is less harmful than exercise. Actually, no I take that back. When you exercise you make your body stronger by temporarily breaking it down, weed doesn't improve your health at all.
If you're a fat piece of shit and then you decide to run a marathon, well that's probably more dangerous than smokin a bowl

if you came back without defibrillation it was most likely a disrhythmia since in some people ginko can cause it as well as marijuana. How can you confirm it was a myocardial infarction?

Exercise isn't bad for your heart. Increasing your heart rate during exercise is necessary if you actually want to, you know, exercise.

well the main reason for this thread was to see if someone is healthy enough to exercise are they healthy enough for marijuana. They seem like they both do about the same to the heart, but i wanted to know what you guys though.
