Oyster Mushrooms?

Please view my video on YouTube and see the mushrooms.
Habitat: On dead wood, in a sunny spot of a pasture, in central Missouri, USA, 800ft. is the altitude.
Gills: White gills that continue down the stem.
Stem: 1 inch long stem, about half an inch around, white, has the gills on it, solid, thick
Cap: Three inches, white and peachish, smooth, flat top to gently concave.
Spore print color:I am working on the spore print.
Bruising: I haven't noticed this.
Other information: I have a cold, but can smell a bit. It smells generally good like a mushroom I would eat. I think this is a cluster of oyster mushrooms, but I've never identified them myself in the wild before. They look just like the ones I have bought. Everything points me toward Oyster Mushrooms. My guide book talks about the gills on the stem, the cluster, the way it was growing on dead wood. Please give me some help. By the way I'm new to this forum. I have had a long interest in mushrooms and have identified and eaten: Morel, witches’ butter, wood ear, chanterelle, coral, giant puffball.

Thanks for confirming this for me. I did the spore print on a black folder and it was sort of cream colored. I've eaten a bit of one just to see that I don't have some sort of odd reaction to this type of oyster mushroom. I'm amazed at how nice they look compaired to ones that I've bought. I'm also amazed that I hadn't collected this kind before. They are common here, but I just never knew what they were. Sorry about the poll. Like I said, I'm new here and didn't know how much traffic would come through. I guess I'm just excited to have such a find today after my Morel hunting went so bad.
