Anyone else gonna play this? I personally can't fucking wait
I'm playing through the first one again at the moment so I have the story fresh in my mind.

I'll have to watch that vid when I get home. The combat was what killed the first one for me. Point...click...point...click. lame. I need a new gaming timesink though, COD is losing its appeal.

Yeah, completely new game engine, and completely new combat mechanics. The story of the first one was what kept me playing. The combat is pretty dull in the first one.
Everything I've seen of the sequel though looks like a huge improvement over the first game. They seemed to have kept what worked, and changed everything that didn't.
Out in 4 days...

Ive already preordered it on Steam. So stoked.
First one was wicked.

90% downloaded

Will report back on how it is, but from the reviews so far it's looking like a top contender for RPG GOTY.

Hell ya it is. I Got it the day it came out a week ago, and played the crap out if it for 4 days until I beat it. I don't think I have ever felt so bad when a game was over
One of the best single player RPGs I have ever played, and definitely the best looking.
Some screenshots of my journey

It's so in-depth and badass!
I can already tell I am going to replay it and take a whole different path! It's times like these where I am glad I'm a PC gamer!
Fucking awesome!!

I just started the 2nd one, but it doesnt look like you need to as far as storywise go, but just for the gameplay experience, I would definatly recommend playing the 1st one.

I haven't binged on a game in a looong time, but this has just sucked me right in.

I do wish I had played the first one though.
