Alright so I know that I saw a small area where seed has burnt the bottom of a jar, not sure if these are the jars we had that problem with, but this is what I have on the bottom. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Looks like excessive metabolites, probably due to a bacterial contamination. As for whether that jar can be spawned successfully....
If you have others that look healthy, i'd just ditch that one and use what you have.

metabolites for sure. You probably prepped your grain on the wet side like I do. Just let that jar sit for a while and it should clear up in a few weeks. I let my grain spawn consolidate a good 3-4 weeks after 100%.
If it still doesn't clear up after a good waiting period and hasn't spread throughout the jar, just spawn to a smaller tray by itself and fruit in a sgfc

naw let the jar do it's thing, or just spawn to a smaller tray by itself. If you dump the spawn outside, you most likely won't see anything from it.

if it gets worse its bacterial .... ive had a few lately that were nice and brown for first couple days then lil bit darker each day till the bottom is swampy and black as fuck
if ya gotta use it for g2g dont shake jar just scoop out top with sterilized spoon and soak chunks in H202/water , this will keep the bacteria transfer down a lil but realize that the hydro. perox. will harm mycelium ......
good luck
