Hey everyone. After checking out the site I decided to keep an eye out while out and about.
Heres what I found.

Found growing on wood chip amoungst low bushes. In a grassy field in Urban area.It was found near a dog turd it was not meaty more fiber looking - but I didnt look at the dung too long. Im not sure if it related to the turd?...
No detectable smell apart from a slight earthiness very faint. Dark bruise colour that you can see from the pics. Blueing in the stem. Gills looked a lightish colour though the one Im using for the spore print has dark gills from the spores I presume Spore print dark I will take a picture of it if necessary.
Thanks in advance for you help

Unlikely. I don't think dog manure is a species of Psilocybe.
Nice find.

Don't think so. Stems look off to me . I think they're subs. Although subs could be a number of species, apparently.

they look goood whatever they are. if you don't pull the root out, they have more chance of growing back in that spot

cool thanks for the fast replies.
I will add the spore print when I get back from work tonight.
I will take more care next time when collecting them. As I was in a semi public place and didn't want to lingering around there long. There were some more younger ones popping up so hopefully they will keep going coming through.

Can we get a shot of the gills? Those caps look well formed and and are fairly open, which I wonder about if this is a Partially sectiod species. The frilly cap margins and fibrillose stem match though..

ARRRGH Cam. battery needs charging once done I will take a pic of gills and spore print.
The spore print didn't come out very good as I used a broken cap, as I didnt want to sacrifice a potentially good mushroom.
Are these a good find? I left some smaller ones behind so they could regrow.
From the information they appear to be potent only requiring a few mushrooms for a dosage?...

Strongly disagree, these are just generic subs grown from healthy mycelium. The thicker and healthier the stem, usually means frilly cap that doesnt open until they are very large. They are 100% not subsecos.
